Re: RANDOM HAPPY EVENTS
If the point was to really be a hipster... then we would totally be violating the entire conditions of actually being one... It would be a self-defeating mission. xD

Re: RANDOM HAPPY EVENTS
That day, hipsterdom became mainstream...at least I didn't wear plaid. That became REALLY mainstream.
Re: RANDOM HAPPY EVENTS
Finals are over! And, unlike you guys, I don't get any homework over break. I guess that's my compensation for having to take two-hour tests for my Spanish, AP Comp Sci, AP Calc and AP Physics classes, and huge projects for the other ones.

Since I probably won't be on tomorrow... MERRY CHRISTMAS =D

Re: RANDOM HAPPY EVENTS
Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an
environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low stress, non-addictive, gender
neutral, celebration of the winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable
traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your
choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasions and/or traditions of others,
or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all and a fiscally
successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset
of the generally accepted calendar year 2000, but not without due respect for the
calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make
America great (not to imply that America is necessarily greater than any other country
or is the only "AMERICA" in the western hemisphere), and without regard to the
race, creed, color, age, physical disability, religious faith, choice of computer platform,
or sexual preference of the wishee.
Legal Disclaimer: By accepting this agreement, you are accepting these terms.
This greeting is subject to clarification or withdrawal. It is freely transferable with no
alteration to the original greeting. It implies no promise by the wisher to actually
implement any of the wishes for her/himself or others, and is void where prohibited by
law, and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wisher.
This wish is warranted to perform as expected within the usual application of good
tidings for a period of one year, or until the issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting,
whichever comes first, and warranty is limited to replacement of this wish or issuance
of a new wish at the sole discretion of the wisher.

Oh, that reminds me, I never got to brag to everyone that I have finally bought something with my own money, and therefore, it's actually mine.
It's an Android HTC Evo View tablet.
MIIIIIIINE
For, like, $250, so it was a sweet deal.
And it's honestly pretty awesome.

Re: RANDOM HAPPY EVENTS
May I print this out and send it on holiday cards next year? We never send any but the rest of our family does and I would love to see their reactions.azer wrote:Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an

but... it's a wimpy copy of ipad? I didn't think people actually bought those (except the Hess')? I thought they were just there to show the children of the next generation what not to become.

Hey, it functions fine for me. You just kind of have to know what you want to do with it and actually get used to the thing to appreciate it. Have you used it?trickynik wrote:Insanity wrote:It was a great deal. Would have been at least $700 otherwise.trickynik wrote:Droid? bu.. bu.. but why?

I have had experience with the iPad, it's cool, yeah, but expensive to an extent to which I'm not willing to pay. Plus the glass screen constantly sets me on edge, even with a case.
Honestly, it's good. Durable. MicroSD card compatible. Much less complicated music and video listening and watching and loading. Surprisingly HQ camera. Suits my needs, fills my desires.
Anyone else jumping the bandwagon to needlessly bash a perfectly fine tablet?

I will ride the bandwagon all the way home, for it is not a perfectly fine tablet

Something I just found today because until now I've been using it for work -- battery don't drain when playing 3D MMORPGs. XDtrickynik wrote:I will ride the bandwagon all the way home, for it is not a perfectly fine tablet
