I stupidly looked up the song on Grooveshark to see how it sounds...AHHHHH! It was worse then the time I accidentally listened to Justin Bieber. No offense to people who like either I just think that their songs should not qualify as music.

And I agree - I don't think they should qualify as music either. Rebecca Black is much worse than Bieber though.

Isn't it with the weird boy and girl who do a bunch of weird stuff (ex: they are swallowed by a giant person/monster and while inside his stomach they find the bones of a fish and use that to pop open his belly and escape). I didn't see the whole thing and I never will. Never, ever, ever

Although I can appreciate the girl's talent, I feel as if the cover radically misinterpreted the "feel" of the song by turning it into more typical alt-rock fare, essentially dropping the hip-hop elements which give the original such rhythm and power. Hmm. Well. I would agree that it's not nearly as good as the original, but it is very different than the original. It could have been better, however, I kinda liked the less-hip-hop-esque change. And if you have any other good looping videos to share, please do (it's not that I don't believe you that they're better than her; I just really want to see them). I agree about Adele (she's mostly whiny breakup songs, but her voice is amazing), by the way, but I have to defend Florence. I would NOT call her music uncreative. But, you are, of course, entitled to your opinion.

Also, a great deal of live electronica (at least the good stuff) is doing things like this, but in a live context with even more creativity and evolutions, as they are not trying to cover the minutia of prearranged songs.
