depends on 1) How many of the 7th graders 2) who of them you invite

Um I don't know It's just that whenever we have forums in class things always get a little out of control (like the Inca forum where we had over 500 posts) and I thought it would be better to do that here.

No not for school work! Just for the random stuff we always seem to be posting about.

well yes, that is technically what the spam forum is for, random idiocy, but still, I don't think it is a very good idea to just invite all of the 7th grade just because you can. besides, most of the people on the forum currently are in high school and so the newer students especially won't know them, just saying.

I suppose that is exactly what this forum is for.

Please no. We can has enough spam on this forum as is. If we want to create a seperate forum for spam, that is fine, but for right now, please no.

I get what you are saying Ben but it is the school forum so I guess they have the right to be here if they want. I think...

I'm confused. Correct me if I'm wrong but what everyone is telling me is that if you already know about it you can join but i can't ask my friends to join because...(This is where I'm confused as I don't have a definitive answer as to why not)

the point is we don't want a bunch of people joining and creating hundreds of pages of spam, we have enough pages of spam as it is. This forum is more for the former AIC students that knew most of the people who have moved into high school. So think of it as a seniority thing. for the most part, it is preferred that not many people, especially of those who will join just to spam, are invited. Not that we are trying to be exclusive, but it just works better that way.

Exactly. Ben knows you, so that is cool, but in general we are mostly high schoolers, so we all know each other and it works well that way.

Marina and Ben are friends with both, and some of the rest of us know them a little. Look, if there are specific friends you want to invite who will not spam too much, that is fine, but no inviting entire classes.

1) Peri and Nik have been for around what, 2-3 years now?
2) They know a lot of people who are on the forum

Don't forget, I'm also in middle school like I said, It has some to do with seniority and knowing the older members who are now in high school
