Stance on the FSM?

I know the topic itself is comical, but it's a serious issue.

Some people are extremely anti-Pastafarian, so let's hear some stuff down there.

I don't know what FSM stand for, so could wou give me an explanation of what you are talking about?

No I don't mean whether you beleive, I mean what you think of the people that created/ beleive in the FSM.

I think that they just created a fake religion to see how many followers they could get.

i think they did it for fun, they wanted to see how humans would react to such a theory of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

I know this thread is for debate and religion, but seriously, this should go in Spam. Debating a flying monster made of spaghetti is kinda pointless. The FSM is just stupidity for stupidity's sake, and I seriously doubt even Tim believes in it.

It's a serious topic, actually. FSM was intended to satire intelligent design after a Kansas ruling to allow it to be taught in schools (that ruling has been since reversed).
