On my 13 hour flight to Mongolia I watched District 9 and I must say, it is now my most favorite movie of all time. The special effects were great, the story was moving, and the deeper meanings were excellently placed and utilized.

Why see a not-so-great horror film when you could see a very-great suspense/thriller (*cough* Memento *cough* The Usual Suspects *cough* District 9)?

You might want to have a doctor look at that cough. Rolling Eyes Also my dad's my creepy, scary movie buddy thus we watch creepy scary movies together. He's away right now but maybe when he comes back we'll watch one of those together. I was actually planning on having us watch The Fly.

The "Horror" section of a movie shop/theater is where all bad movies go to die.

On a different note, we saw a bad 80's movie a few days ago with Michael J. Fox. Very bad, don't watch it.

I don't know, I've seen a few--well, a good horror movie. Shutter Island...although that was like horror mixed with psychological thriller. But yeah, I thought the Crazies looked lame and not even horrifying.

There was a nice pitchfork scene and a pretty good explosion but other then that it pretty much failed. I have seen Poltergeist and I liked that but other than those two no other horror films. I still don't think the horror section is where movies go to die though.

Worst. Movie. Ever. 2012 Ice Age. So bad they didn't even finish the CGI in one scene.
